About the Role

The Training & Events Director will:

🎓 Develop and oversee training programs to ensure our controllers receive high-quality instruction and mentorship.

🎉 Coordinate engaging events that bring our community together and showcase the Gander Oceanic division on the VATSIM network.

🌍 Support the growth of Gander Oceanic by working closely with other staff members to maintain a strong and active division.

This is a leadership role that requires commitment, creativity, and a passion for developing others.
