Users who use VATSIM/VATCAN/CZQO email addresses will experience issues receiving email from CZQO
We are aware of an issue where users with a vatsim.net/vatcan.ca/ganderoceanic.com email address are not recieving emails sent by the website.
We have identified the cause of this issue, which lies with the mail provider we use to send mail from the website, and our web team are working to fix it. I will update this post when we have more information
